Mrs. Catherine Manuelpillai passed away on the 20th of August 2003 at the age of 74. The funeral was held on the 22nd morning in Mount Lavinia and she was buried at the Mount Lavinia (Galkissa) cemetery.

Mr.Manuelpillai was a past teacher of Hartley College and a cricket coach for a long time. He lives at 61 Wattrapola Road, Mount Lavinia, Telephone: 94-1-2729419.
