Our social sub-committee has begun preparations for our inaugural cultural fund raising event Kalaizh Chuwei 2010 to be held on the 2nd of October 2010, as informed earlier through our News Letter. Please find a flyer attached below detailing the program for the day. We are expecting support from each and every one of you so that this event can be very successful.

As you would have noticed, we no longer have our annual movie benefit show as it has now been replaced with a quality program with dinner (Kalaizh chuwei). This event will provide all of us with an entertainment filled with fun and compensate our annual dinner event as well. It will also give all of us a satisfaction that we have returned something back to our school which developed our childhood and made us complete human beings.

Enough notice has been given so that the members who are residing interstate can plan a trip to Sydney if possible.

Even of you can.t make it; you can show your support by purchasing a ticket and sponsoring the event.

The AGM will be held on Saturday, 10 July 2004 at Grantham Church Hall, Seven Hills. The programs for the evening will start with the arrival of the members and their families at 7.00 p.m. The Annual General Meeting will start at 8.00 p.m. As in prior years the annual dinner will follow the AGM.

We have reduced the number of stage activities this year with the view to provide more time for members to catch up and to reminisce their college days. The tickets are economically priced at $35 for a family and $15 for single.
