Hartley Global Web Expense Fund
Introduction:
Hartley College Global Website was established in
1998 and has been in continuous operation since then providing numerous services
to the college, her students and alumni.
The Hartley Global Web Expense Fund is setup to
provide for the global website related expenses.

Expenses:
Expenses of the Hartley College Global
Website include the following:

Web Hosting charges with our
Internet service provider.
o
Domain registration and renewal
charges (hartleycollege.org, hartleycollege.com, and hartleycollege.net)
o
Miscellaneous expenses such as
printing costs, fees for parking domains, and backup/restore service, etc.
o
Note that the time, knowledge, and
service provided by the web-team have always been and will always be free of
charge.

posted on the website

By sending a cheque to the webteam
payable to "Hartley College Global Web". Contact the webteam for more

Surplus of Hartley Global Web Expense
Fund:
Balance above CDN $1500 will be considered as the
surplus money for the Hartley Global Web Expense Fund. At the end of each
calendar year the surplus money will be transferred to the Hartley Global Web College Fund.
Account statements of the Hartley
Global Web Expense Fund:
At the end of each calendar year, a balance sheet
related to Hartley Global Web Expense Fund will be posted on the website
including the names of the contributors (unless requested to be anonymous).
Maintenance and the Handling of the
Funds:
All the funds related to the Hartley College
Global Website will be kept at a non-profit corporation bank account of Bank of
Montreal in Ottawa. The funds can only be withdrawn with the signature of
at-least two web-team members.
Advertisements on the Hartley Global
Web Site:
Soon the businesses owned by a Hartleyites can advertise on
the Hartley Global Web Site. Please stay tuned for more information.
