Hartley Global Web College Fund
Introduction:
Hartley College is in need of external support in order to maintain and promote the high educational -- both academic and extra curricular -- standards.
Hartley College Global Website was established in 1998 and has been in
continuous operation since then providing numerous services to the college, her
students and alumni.
The
Hartley Global Web College Fund is setup to raise funds for our Alma Mater
through Hartley College Global Website by harnessing the power of the Internet.
The
money collected through this fund will be channeled to the projects at the
College through HCPPA Trust in consultation with HCPPAs and the Principal.
If
a specific approved project is in progress, Hartleyites will be given the
choice selecting their favorite project before donating to this fund.

Anyone, who has an interest in the Hartley College and its current students, can
contribute to this fund.

Account
statements of the Hartley Global Web College Fund:
At
the end of each calendar year, a balance sheet related to Hartley Global Web College Fund will be posted on the website including the names of the
contributors (unless requested to be anonymous).
Holding and
Handling of the Funds:
Contributions for this fund will be kept at the non-profit corporation bank
account of Bank of Montreal in Ottawa, Canada. It is noted that the funds can
only be withdrawn with the signature of at-least two web-team members. Funds
will be transferred to the school needs through HCPPA Trust in consultation with
HCPPAs and the Principal.
